Yup, I wasn’t kidding. Here’s the lineup of mail carriers who’d like to wear the skirt-like garment (can’t really call it a kilt, but I guess that makes some of the guys feel better about it):

Now a man who can wear a "Skirt" is a true man! I love when the Scottish men wear their little kilts. Adorable!But only a man with compete confidence in his own sexuality could or would do this. I mean, look at Mel Gibson! ~Kim
