Boutique openings rock

Friday, June, 27, 2008

One of my favorite parts of my job (and there are many, so stay tuned for more posts that start out like this, hehe) is getting to know local business owners and going to their openings. Boutique openings are fabulous because they are massive sales and parties rolled into one.

The boutique Red (formerly The Red Slipper in Jax Beach) just moved to Ponte Vedra into some sweet new digs. Really. They have chandeliers and everything and have a great locating in Merchant’s Plaza. They also had complimentary hors d’ouevres and included my fave, hummus. That’s a quick way to be my fave.

Melissa, our amazing summer intern, and I are pictured below, enjoying the feasting and festivities.
