Go Lashinda!

Lashinda Demus--Irmo-based mother of twins--will compete to make the Olympic team at the  US Team Trials in Track and Field held in Oregon, starting next Friday.

She’s a favorite in the 400 hurdles and currently holds the world’s fastest time in that event.
